Braathens Aviation is a corporate group owned by the privately held investment company Braganza AS. Per G. Braathen is the owner of Braganza AS and is Chairman since 1992.
Braathen is Chairman/Board member of a number of Braganza's wholly owned companies and several of the companies where Braganza is the largest shareholder: Braathens Aviation AB, Ticket Leisure Travel AB, Ticket Corporate Travel AB, SunHotels, Arken Zoo AB and Braathens Ltd. Braathen is also on the board of Scandic Hotels AB and is an industrial advisor to EQT.
Per G. Braathen has extensive experience in the aviation and tourism industries as a former CEO/Chairman of several tour operators including Saga Solreiser in Norway, Always in Sweden and Tjæreborg in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
