At Braathens, we strive to maintain an open and transparent workplace, free from imbalances or misconduct. By offering a secure whistleblowing channel, we enable everyone to help uphold these values. We use the Visslan whistleblowing platform to ensure anonymity and provide a high level of security for all reports.
You can report misconduct if you are an employee, volunteer, intern, active shareholder, or a person otherwise available for work under our control and management, or part of our administrative, management, or supervisory bodies. Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers who become aware of misconduct may also report.
The fact that your work-related relationship with us has ended—or has not yet begun—does not prevent you from reporting misconduct.
In addition, we also allow individuals outside the categories mentioned above to use our internal reporting channel. All reports will be treated equally, although as an external party, you may not be covered by the protective provisions of the Whistleblower Act.
The purpose of this channel is to report actual or suspected misconduct within Braathens, where there is a public interest in the matter being addressed. You do not need to provide evidence to report suspected misconduct, but the report must be made in good faith. Please do not use this channel to report issues related to travel bookings or similar concerns — for those matters, we kindly refer you to Braathens’s Charter Customer Service.
All reports are handled confidentially. Any personal data that is not relevant will be deleted, and the case will only be retained for as long as necessary.
